Songs might be repeating because your player is offline, or you're using shuffle mode.
- Log in to your account.
- Click 'locations'.
- Click the zone with issues.
- If you see a song playing, the player is online. If you can't, you'll need to troubleshoot.
If you still hear repeats, you might be playing in shuffle mode. Shuffle mode chooses the next song based on different criteria. This means it can get stuck in a recurring pattern.
Ways to avoid repeats:
- Turn off the Explicit Lyric Filter.
- Add songs from a variety of artists.
- Review blocked songs.
- Use the Scheduling feature.
