Update to the latest OS
Get the latest OS and make sure your device meets our minimum requirements.
Restart the app and device
Close the Soundtrack app and open it again. Turn off the device and start it up again.
Check your internet connection
Make sure you have a good internet connection. Troubleshoot if needed.
Reinstall the app
Remove the app from your device, then download the app again from the Google Play Store.
