Make sure the zone isn't already paired
Pairing codes only work once. Check you're using the same Windows login that you used to pair. Soundtrack can only be paired to one Windows user account at a time.
Check the following ports are open for outbound traffic:
- 443 (TCP) - HTTPS
- 53 (UDP/TCP) - DNS
- 123 (UDP) - NTP
Check the firewall requirements
Make sure the settings are correct.
Remove Soundtrack and reinstall it
Download the latest version.
