If you get the error ‘no zones available’ or experience disruptions when you try to play music in Sonos, it means that either:
No available zones under the connected location for Sonos to use
To connect and start streaming in Sonos, you need to disconnect current players from the zones you want to use. Please follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to ‘Locations’.
- Click the zone you want to use, then click ‘Disconnect player’ and ‘Disconnect’.
- Go to the Sonos app, add Soundtrack as a service and follow the instructions.
- Start streaming music in your Sonos room.
Sonos has already been added
To get this working properly, re-add the Soundtrack service to your Sonos system:
- Go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Services’, and remove the Soundtrack service.
- Log in to your account and make sure no player is connected to the zone.
- Then add the Soundtrack service again and connect it to your location.
