The volume is too low

Here are three different ways to increase the volume: 

Adjust the output volume of the zone:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click 'locations'.
3. Click the zone you'd like to adjust.
4. Use the slider to adjust the volume from 1-16. The default volume is 11.

Increase the volume on your audio system:

1. Locate the volume controls. The volume controls are usually located on the front or side of the audio system. They may be knobs, buttons, or a touchscreen.
2. Increase the volume to a comfortable level. Be careful not to turn the volume up too high, as this can damage the speakers and your hearing.

Switch from stereo to mono:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click 'locations'.
3. Click the zone you'd like to adjust.
4. Click 'settings'.
5. Next to Sound setting, click on the drop-down menu and switch to 'mono'.
