Player is online but I can’t hear any music

Check the zone volume

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Locations’.
3. Click the zone.

4. Use the slider to adjust the volume.

   

Check your audio system

Plug a pair of headphones into the audio system. If you hear music through the headphones, the problem is with your speakers or audio system rather than with Soundtrack. Try the following:

• Switch device: play music from another device to see if the problem is with the audio system or with the device.
• Restart the audio system: a simple restart can fix minor issues.
• Check the cables: make sure all cables are properly connected.
• Check the volume: make sure the volume is turned up on the audio system.
• Check the input: make sure the audio system is set to the right input source, for example the one your computer is connected to.
