Player is online but I can’t hear any music

Check the zone volume:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click 'locations'.
3. Click 'zones'.
4. Use the slider to adjust the volume.
   

Rule out issues with your speakers by plugging in a pair of headphones to the audio system. If you hear music through the headphones:

Check your audio system:

1. Switch device: Try playing music with another device to see if the problem is with the audio system or with the device.
2. Restart the audio system: Sometimes a simple restart can fix minor issues.
3. Check the cables: Make sure all of the cables are properly connected.
4. Check the volume: Make sure the volume is turned up on the audio system.
5. Check the input: Make sure the audio system is set to the correct input source. For example, if you're playing music from your computer, check the audio system is set to the right input.
