Only users with Company admin rights can change Company settings.
- Log in to your account.
- Click your company name in the top-right corner, then ‘Company settings’.
The ‘Company’ page holds the settings that apply to every zone in your account. Use them to decide how much control staff have over the music on-site.
Keep the music on-brand
Turn on ‘Explicit lyric filter’ to block explicit songs everywhere, even inside explicit playlists. Turn on ‘Disable blocking in apps’ so staff can’t block songs from the player.
Decide what staff can change
These limits apply while an app is connected to a zone, not in remote control mode.
- ‘Limit music selection’ hides the Home tab and stops staff adding or removing music in the player – they can only play what you’ve set up.
- ‘Limit playlist editing in apps’ (Unlimited Music Control) stops playlists being edited from the apps. They can still be edited from the browser.
Control who can disconnect a player
Turn off ‘Allow device disconnection’ if you don’t want staff to disconnect players that were set up with a connect code.
