- Log in to your account.
- Click your company name in the top-right corner, then ‘Company settings’.
- Click ‘New zone defaults’.
New zone defaults are the settings every new zone starts with. Set them once, and you won't have to configure each zone as you add it.
These settings only apply to zones you create from now on. Existing zones keep their own settings.
Default music
The playlist or station that starts playing when a new zone is activated. Click ‘Change music’ to pick a different one.
Playback
Sound: Stereo by default. Choose Mono if your speakers are spread across a room and you want the same signal from all of them.
Crossfade: fades out the current song while fading in the next, so there are no gaps between tracks. Set it up to 10 seconds, or turn it off. You can also press and hold the next-song button on a player to crossfade manually.
Crossfade doesn't apply to the Web Player or Sonos. For Sonos, set crossfade in the Sonos app.
Enterprise Remote
Choose whether new zones can be connected to the Enterprise Remote app.
