User guide: Enterprise Remote

Enterprise Remote is a separate app from the main Soundtrack app that lets you control the music in your zones. It's available on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, and requires iOS 11 or later and app version 43 or later.

Get started

Each zone has its own Enterprise Remote code. Here's how to find it:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the zone where you'd like to control the music.
3. Click ‘Remote’.
4. Scroll down to ‘Enterprise remote’ to find the code.
5. Download Enterprise Remote from the App Store.
6. Open the app and enter the remote code.

Add more zones

You can control one, several or all of your zones from the app. Click ‘+’ in the top right corner and enter the remote code for the zone. Repeat for each zone you'd like to add.

Skip songs and adjust the volume

See what's playing, adjust the volume and skip songs directly from the app. To share a song with your customers, click the share icon (the arrow to the left of pause).

Change music

1. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Click ‘Change music’.
3. Choose from the music added to your account. If you're the account admin, read more about adding music.

Display mode

1. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
2. Click ‘Display mode’ to show what's playing full-screen.
