Expand your Soundtrack team by inviting colleagues, local DJs, or even your accountant. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account here.
- Click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the drop-down menu, click Company settings.
- Go to users.
- Click on Invite user and enter the email address you want to invite. An email will be sent to the email address on how to create their login for the account.
💡 All users added to your company can manage stations and playlists, schedules, and control the music across active zones.
Additionally, you can assign specific user rights for more tailored control. Choose from three options:
- An Admin can add locations and zones, update payment information, and add new users. You will also receive email communication for the account.
- With Activate zones, you can add new locations and zones. You can also update the payment information.
