How to invite new users to your company

Expand your Soundtrack team by inviting users with different roles.

Here we will show you how to invite users that can access the whole company, including all of its locations.

💡 To restrict a user to specific locations, check out location users.

Invite to Company

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your company name at the top-right corner of the screen.
3. In the dropdown menu, click 'Company settings'.
4. Select 'Users'.
5. Click 'Invite user' then enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite. We'll send an email explaining how to join the account.
   

All users added to your company can manage stations, playlists, schedules, and control the music across all activated zones.

For more tailored control, you can assign specific user rights. Choose from three options:  

• Admin: add locations or zones, update payment information and invite new users. 
• Activate zones: add new locations or zones and update payment information.
• Contacts: receive email communications about the account.
  

Converting company users to location users

1. Add them to the correct locations.
2. Then, remove them from the company level within Company settings.
