Expand your Soundtrack team by inviting colleagues, local DJs or even your accountant. Follow these steps:
- Log in here.
- Click on your company name at the top-right corner of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu, click Company settings.
- Select Users.
- Click Invite user then enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite. We will send an email explaining how to join the account.
💡 All users added to your company can manage stations, playlists and schedules, plus control the music across all activated zones.
For more tailored control, you can assign specific user rights. Choose from three options:
- Admin: add locations or zones, update payment information and invite new users.
- Activate zones: add new locations or zones and update payment information.
