- Log in to your account.
- Click ‘Locations’.
- Click the zone you'd like to cancel, then ‘Subscription’.
- Click ‘Cancel subscription’.
- Tell us why you're cancelling. We appreciate all feedback.
The subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. To activate it again later, follow the same steps and click ‘Resume subscription’ instead.
If you're a trial user, your trial ends automatically unless you select a plan and enter your payment details.
Pause zone
On a monthly plan, you can pause a zone for up to 365 days. Follow the cancellation steps above and click ‘Pause zone’ to choose your restart date. Pausing isn't available on yearly plans.
