How to cancel your subscription

Follow these instructions to end your subscription at any time:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click 'locations'.
3. Click the zone you'd like to cancel.
4. Click 'settings'.
5. Click 'Cancel zone'. Feel free to let us know why you're cancelling your zone. We appreciate any feedback that can help us improve Soundtrack. 

The subscription will stay active until the current billing period ends. If you'd like to activate it again, just follow the same steps and choose resume subscription instead.

💡 If you're a trial period, your trial will automatically end if you don't select a plan and enter your payment details.

Pause zone

If you're on a monthly plan, you can pause your subscription for up to 365 days instead of canceling. Please note that this option is not available with the yearly plan. To pause, simply follow the cancellation steps, but select "Pause zone" to choose your restart date.
