Expand your Soundtrack team by inviting users with different roles. Here we’ll show you how to invite users who can access specific locations. To give a user access to the whole company, check out company users.
You can change a company user to a location-based user. Simply add them to the correct locations, and remove them from the company level via your company settings.

Location admin
Full control over settings, finance, music and users.
Editor
Play from and manage the company's music library, and manage Editor and Staff users, at this location.
Staff
Play from the company's music library at this location.
Invite to location
Each role can be added to a specific location.

Go to the locations tab and click on the Users button next to the location you want to invite to.

Click Invite to location.

In the pop-up, choose which users (new or existing) you want to invite.

Select which role they should have and press “Send invite”. Learn more about these roles at the bottom of this help page.

Once the users have accepted the invitation, they’ll appear in the “Users with access” list for the location. Here you can change their role, if you have permission to do so.
