Users can log in to the app to control any zone they have access to. Change music, import from Spotify and everything else our app offers.
The control feature is only available in the Soundtrack app on iOS and Android. It isn't available in the Windows/Mac desktop app.
Get started
- Download the Soundtrack app.
- Open the app and log in. Connect codes are not supported with the control feature.
- Select the company where your location is.
- Click ‘Locations’.
- Find your zone and click ‘Control’.
- You now have control over this zone.
Play music from the zone
- Click the zone.
- Click the device at the bottom of the playback screen.
- A prompt will ask if you want to ‘Take over playback’. This stops the music on any other device connected to that zone.
For control access in one specific zone, use the Enterprise Remote app.
