How to create a Playlist

You can create a playlist directly in Soundtrack or import your favorites from Spotify. Follow these steps:

1. Click 'Create' in the app or on your account.
2. Click 'Playlist' or 'Spotify import'. If importing, make the playlist public on Spotify. 
3. Name your new playlist and start adding songs. You can search for artists or titles to add.

💡 You can also create a playlist by clicking on the three dots next to a song - simply click 'add to playlist'. 

Choosing your playback mode

The way your music plays depends on the level of music control you have. Learn more about our price plans here.

• Unlimited Music Control: You have total flexibility. You can play songs in a specific linear order, skip as much as you like, and play any song on-demand.

• Essential Music Control: Your playlists always play in a shuffle. To keep the music fresh and compliant for your business, we may occasionally include similar songs from our catalog in your mix.

Hide unavailable songs in the Soundtrack app

1. Click on an unavailable (greyed-out) song in a playlist.
2. Turn off 'Show unavailable songs'.

If you want to show unavailable songs again, here's how:

1. Click 'Home'.
2. Click 'Settings' (wheel-icon in the top right corner).
3. Click 'About'.
4. Under Unavailable songs, switch on 'Show in playlists'.
