User guide: Hi-Fi

Hi-Fi allows you to stream music at 320 kbps, a significant upgrade from our standard bitrate options (32kbps, 96kbps and 160kbps).

💡 Hi-Fi works with all supported devices except Sonos which allows a maximum of 96kbps.
 

Activate the Hi-Fi add-on for your account. Here's how:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click this link to access the "Soundtrack Hi-Fi" page.
3. Click 'Try for free’ and follow the steps to activate.

Enable high fidelity for zones

1. Go to ‘Locations’.
2. Select the zone you want to update.
3. In ‘zone settings’, select ‘Audio quality’.
4. Select "Highest" (320 kbps).
5. Enjoy the premium sound quality!

Note: The add-on cost applies to all active zones, regardless of whether a specific zone is set to use the highest audio quality or not.
