You can switch your Soundtrack Player to wireless mode, even if it comes with an ethernet option. Check your network and firewall follow the requirements.
Next, get a WiFi Extender with an ethernet port. We recommend the TP-Link AC1200 WiFi Extender(RE315).
- Plug the WiFi extender into a power outlet close to the Soundtrack Player.
- Install the WiFi extender to your network according to their instruction manual.
- Check that the wireless connection to the WiFi extender is stable.
- Plug in an ethernet cable between the WiFi extender and the Soundtrack Player.
Note: using the Soundtrack player with a WiFi extender relies heavily on a strong and stable connection back to your main router.
