By default, the Soundtrack Player 3 uses dynamic IP (DHCP), but the streaming box can be configured for static IP with a USB stick, which must be formatted to FAT32.
- Edit the .json-file with your own network information.
- Copy the .json file to an empty USB stick. Don’t rename the file.
- Restart the Soundtrack Player and wait for 2 minutes.
- Plug the USB stick into the Soundtrack Player and look for a green light on the LED lamps to confirm the settings have been applied.
- Unplug the USB stick and restart the Soundtrack Player by pulling the power cable out and plugging it back in.
If you want to revert to dynamic IP, use the same .json file and remove everything except the two curly brackets {}.
