On the Zone
- Log in to your account.
- Click 'locations'.
- Click the zone where you want to adjust the audio quality.
- Click 'Settings'.

Soundtrack streams Standard (96 kbit/s) by default. There are 3 quality levels to choose from:
Low: 64 kbit/s (Saves mobile data, works better on unreliable connections, and stores more songs)
Standard: 96 kbit/s (this is Spotify’s default bitrate on mobile players)
High: 160 kbit/s (this is Spotify’s default bitrate on desktop)
Via the Company settings
Here's where to add default settings for any new zone.
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Account name in the top-right corner.
- Click 'Company settings'.
- Click 'New Zone Defaults'
- Under 'Playback' and 'Audio quality': Soundtrack streams Standard (96 kbit/s) by default. There are 3 quality levels to choose from:

Bulk actions
You can update the audio settings for all zones with the 'Action' option on the Zone page.
- Set the default audio quality zone setting (see 'Via your Company settings' section above).
- Go to 'Locations'
- Select the zones you want to update:

Apply default presets and choose 'Download audio quality'.
