When you play a song, we save a temporary copy (cache) on your device. This allows you to keep listening even if your internet connection drops. If you go offline, the player will automatically switch to playing the music you've already cached.
Want even more music offline?
Turn on More offline play. This lets you download a larger selection of songs in advance, so you'll have more to enjoy when you're not connected to the internet.
💡 More offline play is a feature available with our Unlimited plan. Explore our pricing plans for more details.

Good to know
- Offline mode requires a minimum of 4GB of free storage on your playback device.
- The music will be available offline for up to 30 consecutive days. After that, you will need to bring your player back online.
- While offline, you can't browse new music, but you can still play the music you've saved to Your music.
- Currently, our desktop player doesn't allow you to select or remove downloaded music while offline.
- Music selection is not supported on the Soundtrack Player hardware, as it needs to be online to talk to our service. Instead, it will shuffle the downloaded music.
- We automatically replace downloads when storage gets full so that the library reflects the music that you currently play.
- To download all of the tracks - keep the player online and playing music for at least the duration of the playlist.
