Unlock offline playback with Unlimited plan. Each song you play is saved on your device. If you go offline, the player will switch to playing the music you've already cached.

To download more songs in advance, turn on 'More offline play'. This is perfect for when you're not connected to the internet.
Note: offline playback isn't supported on Sonos or WiiM.
How to switch on More offline play
- Log in to your account.
- Click 'Locations'.
- Click the zone you need.
- Click and open Settings. Toggle 'More offline play'. Note: this setting will consume more of your data plan.
- Set a Storage preference limit depending on the device.
- Soundtrack Player: Storage limit settings aren't available.
- iOS and Android player: You can set a storage limit.
- Enterprise Windows player: You can set a storage limit.
- SDK Partners: (Audac, Axis, Unifi, Raydient) Offline playback is supported, but setting a storage limit is not available.
Good to know
- More offline play requires a minimum of 4GB of free storage on your device.
- The music will be available offline for up to 30 consecutive days. After that, you'll need to bring your player back online.
- While offline, you can't browse new music, but you can still play the music you've saved.
- Our desktop player doesn't allow you to select or remove downloaded music while offline.
- Music selection isn't supported by the Soundtrack Player hardware, as it needs to be online. Instead, it will shuffle the downloaded music.
- We automatically replace downloads when storage gets full so the library reflects the music that you currently play.
- If a playlist is assigned to the zone, we download a maximum of 6 hours of songs from the playlist, no matter how long the playlist is and if More offline play is switched on.
Accessing and managing your offline music
- In the Soundtrack app, click 'Home'.
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to 'App', and click 'Offline music'.
