We offer a 14-day free trial when signing up. If you’ve added card details, your subscription will begin automatically when the 14 days are over. To avoid disruption due to payment failure, we aim to reserve the cost of your subscription a few days before the renewal date.
Note: reserving an amount doesn't mean we bill you. The subscription cost is merely reserved to ensure the payment goes through on the renewal date.
Cancel the subscription at any time before the renewal date. If the reservation has already been made, it will be automatically released. To check the renewal date:
- Log in to your account.
- Click your company name in the top-right corner.
- Click 'Company settings'.
- Click 'Subscription'.
- Scroll to 'Total' to check the 'Subscription renewal date'.
