What happens with your order?
A tracking number and device ID will be sent when the player is shipped. Log in to your account and use the device ID to connect your device. Activate your subscription to make sure the music starts playing right away.
How to set static IP
By default the Soundtrack Player uses dynamic IP (DHCP), but you can configure it with static IP using a FAT32-formatted USB stick.
- Edit this .json file with your own network information.
- Copy the .json file to an empty USB stick. Don’t rename the file.
- Restart the Soundtrack Player without an attached network cable. The LED should blink green and then orange.
- Plug the USB stick into the Soundtrack Player and look for a green LED light to confirm the settings are applied.
- Then unplug the USB stick and restart the Soundtrack Player by pulling the power cable out and plugging it back in.
If you’ve set static IP and want to revert to dynamic IP, use the same .json file and remove everything except the two curly brackets {}.
