You can only change the volume of Messages, not Campaigns. The ideal volume for your messages depends on how you create them:
Upload audio file
Control during recording. You have complete control over the volume while recording your audio file. Make sure it matches the loudness of your background music for a smooth listening experience.
Once you’ve uploaded the audio file, the Messaging loudness settings can be found at the bottom of the window. Adjustment can be set from -3 to +7 volume units. Testing is key. Experiment with different loudness settings to find a good balance for your specific audio file.

Text-to-speech messages offer consistent volume levels.
