Your Soundtrack plan includes the recording rights and publishing rights that you need to stream music. However, you will need to purchase the public performance licences that allow you to stream the music in a public environment. Learn more about what’s needed in your country or around the world.
In the United States and Canada, public performance licenses from ASCAP, BMI and GMR are included in your Soundtrack plan. However, there are some exceptions if you charge admission fees, play live music or use music that is timed to exercise classes.
